DE C.V.‌ (hereafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), the operating entity of the e-commerce website hosted at www.surestecelulares.com. These terms govern your full access to, browsing of, and transaction activities completed on our platform, as well as all interactions with our mobile phone cases, Type-C accessories and other related shopping services.

By accessing our website, creating a user account, browsing product pages, adding items to your shopping cart, submitting an order or completing any purchase, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, and you have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement, read all contents of these Terms fully, understood all rights, obligations and restriction rules outlined herein, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. 1. Platform Service Description

www.surestecelulares.com is a dedicated e-commerce platform that specializes in selling premium mobile peripheral products, including scratch-resistant, shockproof phone cases for all mainstream smartphone models on the market, as well as a full series of high-performance, durable Type-C accessories covering charging cables, fast wall chargers, car chargers, wireless charging pads, adapters, docking stations, hubs, power banks, card readers, audio splitters and other related devices. As stated on our platform, every phone case and Type-C accessory we sell goes through 3 strict quality checks before shipping, to deliver reliable, long-lasting performance you can trust. With over 5+ years of industry operation experience, we have served more than 50,000 happy customers across Mexico, and currently maintain a catalog of 300+ total products to meet all your daily mobile usage upgrade needs.

We provide complete shopping supporting services for all users, including real-time product browsing, encrypted online payment processing, nationwide Mexican delivery with 2-3 day standard shipping and full real-time tracking updates, member account management, after-sales consultation, eligible return and exchange processing, and other related e-commerce supporting functions. All our services are currently oriented at users residing within the territory of Mexico, and we reserve the right to restrict service access, order acceptance or delivery eligibility for IP addresses, shipping addresses or payment methods originating from regions outside Mexico at any time without prior notice.

2. User Account Registration and Usage Rules

To access some advanced features of our platform including order history saving, favorite product collection, faster checkout process and exclusive member benefit access, you can choose to create a registered user account on our website. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your user account at our sole discretion, if we determine that your account information is falsified, you violate any provision of these Terms, you conduct fraudulent transaction activities, your account is involved in abnormal high-risk operations, or your behavior causes adverse impacts on the normal operation order of our platform, the legitimate rights and interests of other users, or our brand reputation. After your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to access all content and services of our platform, and we will retain your necessary order information in accordance with applicable legal requirements for tax, accounting and compliance purposes.

3. Product Information, Pricing and Payment Rules

We have made every effort to display all product information on our website as accurately as possible, including product appearance, color, function parameters, compatibility description, material specification and usage scenarios. However, due to the inherent differences of different display device screens, we cannot 100% guarantee that the actual color, texture and appearance of the physical products you receive will be completely consistent with the display effect on your personal device, and such minor differences do not constitute a valid basis for you to claim product quality defects. All prices displayed on www.surestecelulares.com are denominated in local currency (MXN) unless otherwise explicitly marked, and the displayed product prices do not include shipping fees, handling charges or applicable value-added tax, which will be separately calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you submit your order. We have taken strict measures to avoid pricing errors on our platform, but in the extremely rare situation that the price of a product is marked obviously incorrectly due to system error, manual input mistake or other unexpected reasons, we reserve the right to cancel your related order even if your order has been confirmed and payment completed, and we will notify you of this situation and provide full refund of the corresponding payment amount to you in time.

You agree to pay the full amount of your order through the valid, authorized payment methods supported on our platform. 4. Order Submission, Confirmation and Fulfillment

When you click the “Complete Payment” button on the checkout page, you submit a formal purchase application to us. After we successfully verify your payment, we will send you an automatic order confirmation email to the email address linked to your account, which does not mean that we have formally accepted your order contract, but only indicates that we have received your order information successfully. Our formal acceptance of the purchase contract is only completed when your ordered product passes our 3 strict pre-shipping quality checks and we send out the shipping notification email to you, confirming that your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse located at Calle 27 No. 55, Mérida, Yucatán, C.P. 97125, Mexico.

We follow our published Shipping Policy to process all valid orders. All orders paid before 16:00 local Mexican time on business days will be arranged for shipment on the same day, and standard domestic shipping services can deliver all packages to designated addresses across Mexico within 2-3 working days after dispatch, with full real-time tracking available. We will try our best to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the specified timeline, but we do not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information you provided, unexpected logistics network suspension, force majeure events or other situations that are beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to reject any submitted order at our sole discretion, in situations including but not limited to: the product you ordered is out of stock and can not be restocked within a reasonable time, your previous transaction records have fraudulent or bad faith behavior, your shipping address is located outside our current service coverage area, there are obvious abnormalities in the order content or order quantity that show signs of resale, batch hoarding or malicious order placing. If we cancel your confirmed order, we will send you a written notification through your registered email, and arrange a full refund of all the payment you have made for the corresponding order within 3-5 working days.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

1. Any behavior that violates applicable Mexican federal laws, local state regulations, international conventions or these Terms of Service, or any activity that infringes the legitimate legal rights of other third parties.

4. 5. Harassing, threatening, abusing other platform users, our customer service team or employees, spreading false, defamatory, slanderous, pornographic, violent and other inappropriate illegal information on our review section, message board or any public area of the platform.
6. Conducting counterfeit transactions, malicious false reviews, false complaint claims, fraudulently obtaining coupons, promotional discounts or other improper benefits, or using our platform to carry out any commercial resale, wholesale, affiliate marketing or other commercial activities that are not explicitly authorized in writing by us.
7. Reproducing, copying, distributing, reselling, decompiling, reverse engineering any part of our website content, product pictures, text descriptions, platform interface design, system code or intellectual property assets without our explicit prior written consent.

If we confirm that you have conducted any of the above prohibited activities, we have the right to take immediate corresponding measures including but not limited to warning notice, temporary restriction of part of your access permissions, permanent account ban, cancellation of all unfulfilled orders, and we reserve the right to pursue your legal responsibility for all economic losses, reputation damage and legal costs incurred therefrom.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on www.surestecelulares.com, including but not limited to platform trademark “SURESTE CELULARES”, all product original images, text descriptions, page layout design, interface elements, system software code, brand logo, graphic materials, video demonstration content, website domain name, and all related derivative works, are legally protected intellectual property assets owned exclusively by CELULARES Y ACCESORIOS DEL SURESTE S.A. DE C.V., or we have obtained sufficient legal authorization from the corresponding right holders to use these assets on our platform.

You are only granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal license to access, browse, use the platform and complete normal personal consumption shopping activities on our website. In any case, the total aggregate liability amount for all claims related to your use of our platform services shall not exceed the actual total amount you paid for the corresponding order that triggers the claim. We do not make any express or implied warranties for the availability, stability, continuity, security of our website services, or the suitability of our products for your specific personal usage scenarios, except for the clearly stated quality commitments published on our website. 9. Modification of Terms and Service Update

We reserve the right to revise, update, modify any content of these Terms of Service at any time according to the adjustment of our business operation strategy, the update of platform functions, the change of legal regulatory requirements and other reasonable needs.
